FAQs about Central Coast Wedding Florists

How much should you spend on flowers for a wedding?

Well we can't tell you how to spend your money, no one should. But we can give you a guide with regards to pricing for your wedding. Remember these are just guidelines, as every wedding like every love story is different. Some weddings are so dense and abundant that they start at a minimum 10k. Other weddings are more stylised but you use the most premium flowers so start at 6k. There is no one rule that fits all approach, here. That's why we always require a Q+A to be filled out so we can understand you better.

But a rough guide to get you started:

  • $1,500- $4,000: elopement & micro weddings
  • $5,000- $7,000: intimate wedding
  • $8,000- $10,000: intimately abundant
  • $11,000- $15,000: the experience
  • $16,000+: the ultimate affair

We pride ourselves on creating something unique for you, so once we understand the look and feel you want to create, your venue, your wishlist. We then can give you a more accurate quote.

How do you approach a wedding florist?

Reach out by filling out the enquiry form on the website (just click below). You can also send us a direct email or call us. If we are available on your wedding date we will send you through a Q+A, which allows us to have a better understanding of your day. From there we ensure we are the right fit for you and will begin designing up a moodboard and send that across with a quote. From there it's as easy as saying yes, signing a contract and locking down the date with a 20% deposit.

How far in advance should you book florist for wedding?

We recommend anywhere between 6 months to a year and most often than not a year and half in advance.

What do I need to know before going to a wedding florist?

You need a finalised wedding date and venue, at the bare minimum. It's also terrific if you know how many people, if any, will be on your bridal party and rough amount of guests for reception.

We also love when you have some sort of idea of what you are after. Even if you have no idea, but know you love lots of foliage, or you want to go with a certain feel (dark and moody with pops of lilac) that is a great starting point. You don't need to know exactly what flower but a rough idea of the feeling you want- romantic and modern, fairy garden.

Proudly a foam free florist, Flwrbomb takes an interest in creating designs that are more environmentally conscious through eliminating the use of toxic floral foam. This allows our designs to sit within their own individual water source, allowing for fresher flowers for longer.
